Matt Toews Marketing provides design, optimization, and management services only. Service fees do not cover subscription costs, hosting, domains, email, or ad spend. Maintenance plans include updates and optimization, but do not include the cost of your Wix Premium subscription, domains, email, or advertising budgets. Read Full Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Summary) A 25% deposit is non-refundable once a project is booked. If you cancel before work starts, only the deposit is kept. If work has started, completed work will be billed, and any balance may be refunded. Maintenance plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for partial months. Ad spend is billed directly by Google/Meta and is non-refundable. Subscription costs (Wix, domains, email) are always the client’s responsibility.
