You’ll always own your website, domains, email, and ad accounts.

Q: Do I need to be local to work with you?
A: No. I support clients across Southern Manitoba, both in-person and remotely.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Most projects take 2–6 weeks, depending on scope.

Q: What if I only need help with one part of the system?
A: No problem. Each service works on its own. Many clients start with one and expand later.

Q: What do you need from me?
A: Access to your website, Google Business Profile, domains, email, and ad accounts, all of which stay in your name.

Terms & Conditions (Summary) All websites, domains, email accounts, and advertising budgets remain in your name and are billed directly to you by Wix, Google, or other providers. Matt Toews Marketing provides design, optimization, and management services only. Service fees do not cover subscription costs, hosting, domains, email, or ad spend. Maintenance plans include updates and optimization, but do not include the cost of your Wix Premium subscription, domains, email, or advertising budgets. Read Full Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Summary) A 25% deposit is non-refundable once a project is booked. If you cancel before work starts, only the deposit is kept. If work has started, completed work will be billed, and any balance may be refunded. Maintenance plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for partial months. Ad spend is billed directly by Google/Meta and is non-refundable. Subscription costs (Wix, domains, email) are always the client’s responsibility.
