If work has started, completed work will be billed, and any balance may be refunded. Maintenance plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for partial months. Ad spend is billed directly by Google/Meta and is non-refundable. Subscription costs (Wix, domains, email) are always the client’s responsibility.
